Official Contest Rules & Regulations:

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

The contest is sponsored by Canada Custom Autoworks ("CCA").

2. Contest Period

The contest begins on July 15 at 12:00 AM MST and closes on August 15 at 11:59 PM MST.

Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility

The contest is open to legal residents of Alberta, British Columbia, and Saskatchewan who:

- Have reached the age of majority in their province of residence.
- Have a valid email address.
- Agree to these Official Rules.

Not eligible:

- Employees of Canada Custom Autoworks.
- Immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children).
- Individuals living in the same household as an employee.

4. How to Enter

To receive one (1) entry, participants must:

1. Like the official giveaway post.
2. Comment on the giveaway post.
3. Share the giveaway post.
4. Visit any participating Canada Custom Autoworks location.
5. Scan the official QR code.
6. Complete the online entry form.

Each eligible person may submit one (1) entry during the contest period.

No Purchase Necessary

No purchase is required to enter or win.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

- $2,500 CAD in Canada Custom Autoworks store credit.

The prize:

- Cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Is non-transferable.
- Must be used toward products and/or services offered by Canada Custom Autoworks.
- Any amount exceeding $2,500 is the responsibility of the winner.
- Any unused balance has no cash value unless otherwise stated by CCA.

6. Winner Selection

One eligible winner will be selected by random draw within 7 days following the contest closing date.

The draw will be conducted by Canada Custom Autoworks.

The selected entrant will be contacted using the information provided during entry.

If the selected entrant cannot be contacted within 2 phone calls they decline the prize, fails to complete the required documentation, or is otherwise ineligible, another entrant may be selected.

7. Skill-Testing Question

As required under Canadian promotional contest practices, the selected entrant must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question before being declared the official winner.

Failure to correctly answer the question will result in disqualification.

8. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the contest period.

9. Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Canada Custom Autoworks may use their name, city of residence, photographs, video, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, where permitted by law.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected will be used solely for administering this contest and in accordance with Canada Custom Autoworks' Privacy Policy.

Information will not be sold or shared except as required to administer the contest or by law.

11. Disqualification

Canada Custom Autoworks reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:

- Violates these rules.
- Uses fraudulent methods.
- Attempts to manipulate the contest.
- Submits false information.
- Uses automated entry methods.

12. Limitation of Liability

Canada Custom Autoworks is not responsible for:

- Lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries.
- Technical failures.
- Website interruptions.
- QR code scanning issues.
- Internet or network failures.
- Any injury or damage resulting from participation in the contest.

13. Right to Modify or Cancel

Canada Custom Autoworks reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify or terminate the contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the contest.

14. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and all decisions made by Canada Custom Autoworks, which are final.

Void where prohibited by law.

15. Governing Law

This contest shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable laws of Canada.

16. Winner Announcement

The winner's first name and city may be posted on Canada Custom Autoworks' website and social media channels after eligibility has been confirmed.
